Price adjustment within 30 days
- If the price of an item you bought goes down on rezuza.com within 30 days of your order date, contact us and we’ll refund the difference.
- Refunded to your original payment method, by bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders, or as store credit if you prefer.
- Not combined with bundle discounts, welcome codes or other coupon offers on the same item.
Delivery guarantee – AED 20 credit for delay
- Each product shows its delivery estimate (for example same-day in Dubai for UAE-stock items, 1–2 days to other emirates).
- If your order is delivered later than that estimate, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send you an AED 20 store credit code for your next order.
- Does not apply when delivery is delayed by an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number, a customer reschedule, or events outside our control (such as severe weather or public holidays).
Refund for any issue
If something is wrong with your order – damaged, defective, wrong item or missing item – tell us within 90 days and we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund.
